The app Hide "running in the background" Notification does not collect any personal information, and it does not contain any analytic code.

The app Hide "running in the background" Notification does need access to the notification on your device, but this app ignores every notification except for one System notification (see the two images below) that tells you that an app or more than one app is/are running in the background.
